Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Building Code Appeals Board in the first floor Namequoit meeting room at Orleans Town Hall, on Friday, October 4, 2013, starting at 2:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Hole-in-One Group, LLC has appealed the Assistant Building Commissioner’s decision with regard to the use of plywood storm panels as allowed in residential construction as state in the exception to Section 5301.2.1.2 of Massachusetts Building Code 8th Edition, under the adopted 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), and the 2009 International Building Code (IBC). The property is located at 98 Route 6A.
